Our laboratory was established in 2008, dedicated to the study of physical properties of group II-VI, III-V, IV-IV semiconductors and the design and analysis of epitaxial structures. The main research work is to use the first-principles (ab initio) calculation method to study the electronic structures of optoelectronic semiconductor films, the synthesis of optoelectronic semiconductor films, and the identification and analysis of optoelectronic semiconductor films.
